    John Hartmann, the President and CEO of True Value, one of the largest hardware cooperatives in the world, reactivates his undercover skills from his time as an FBI agent when he investigates the state of the True Value company and employees. During his "special assignment," the boss is shocked by the inappropriate on-the-job pickup artist antics of one of the employees.

  • Mayor Of Pittsburgh
    The Mayor of Pittsburgh, Bill Peduto, does a stint as a municipal employee. During his shifts, Peduto works as a refuse worker from Environmental Services collecting garbage, a carpenter with the Housing Authority installing doors, a self-sufficiency coordinator helping community members who are breaking out of the chain of poverty and an employee of the Forestry Division of the Department of Public Works operating a chain saw to cut down dead trees.

  • Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill
    CEO/Founder Doug Guller of Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill welcomes controversy and proudly refers to his chain of restaurants as "breastaurants". While undercover, Guller contends with a troublesome employee who not only refuses to don the uniform's bikini top, but also over-serves an intoxicated person.

  • Maaco
    Jose Costa, the Venezuelan-born President of Maaco, goes under the hood to inspect "America's Bodyshop". On the job, the boss gets overheated when he finds an employee cutting corners. Additionally, the boss's detailing work could stand to be fine-tuned.

  • Phenix Salon Inc.
    Gina Rivera, Founder and President of Phenix Salons INC., a franchise which offers independent salon and business professionals the opportunity to own and operate their own luxury salon suites, goes undercover to see if it will color her perception of how the company is running. Despite 25 years of experience as a hair stylist, Rivera weaves her way through an unfamiliar hairstyle. Additionally, she tries to stay sharp when tasked with a straight razor shave, and is very uncomfortable when she's told to take over a pedicure.

  • EmpireCLS
    David Seelinger, Chairman and CEO of EmpireCLS Worldwide Chauffeured Services, a luxury chauffeured transportation leader that provides services in more than 700 cities worldwide, goes undercover to see if his company is running smoothly. Following a 25-year break from chauffeuring, Seelinger finds it's not as easy as he remembered, and he almost blows a gasket while working beside a dispatcher who doesn't follow the motto, "the customer is always right."

  • Rocket Fizz
    Robert Powells, President and Co-Founder of The Rocket Fizz Soda Pop and Candy Shops, the largest candy and soda shop franchise in America, embarks on an emotional journey to discover what keeps his candy shops sweet. The boss discovers that the inventory system is as old-fashioned as his stores' classic candies, and he fizzles out while working the assembly line at his bottling plant.

  • Forman Mills
    Rick Forman, Founder and CEO of Forman Mills Inc., one of the fastest-growing discount clothing outlets in the country, discovers some defects in his organization. While undercover, Forman grows frustrated by the antiquated cash registers and price check systems that continue to slow his stores' productivity levels, and he exasperates his employees with his haphazard work style.

  • Stella & Dot
    Jessica Herrin, CEO and Founder of Stella & Dot, a leading global direct sales company with its own boutique-style jewelry and accessories line, goes on an undercover journey to discover the real gems working within her company. While undercover, Herrin drops the ball while learning to make one of the company's signature items, and she is surprised to learn one employee's true feelings towards corporate management.

  • Armando Montelongo
    Armando Montelongo, CEO of Armando Montelongo Companies, a top real estate company that specializes in educational seminars that teach wealth creation and financial independence, goes undercover to see what keeps his real estate investment company on solid ground. For the first time in Undercover Boss history, Montelongo hires a body double to help conceal his identity while undercover at one of his seminars.

  • Gigi's Cupcakes
    Gigi Butler, Founder and CEO of Gigi's Cupcakes, America's largest cupcake franchise, hopes to discover that her company has the proper ingredients to keep rising to the top. While undercover, the Cupcake Queen crumbles under the pressure of decorating a cake and spirals out of control when an employee fails to top cupcakes with Gigi's signature swirl.

  • Peavey Electronics
    Courtland Gray, COO of Peavey Electronics, goes undercover to see what keeps his audio empire rocking. Also, the company makes a shocking announcement after filming the episode that changes two employees' lives.

  • Vivint
    Todd Pedersen, CEO and Founder of Vivint, Inc., a leading provider of residential security and state-of-the-art smart home technology, goes undercover to see how his company is wired. The boss tries not to lose his grip while battling his fear of heights on a customer's sloping roof during a wireless installation, and he faces even more stress when tasked with taking calls at his company's monitoring center for home and commercial alarms.
