Setting The Bar
Jackie makes a solo return visit to her therapist to discuss her romantic history. She also throws a lusty slumber party for her gal pals. Meanwhile, Zen mulls over having cosmetic surgery and also performs stand-up comedy, mining laughs from her experiences as a trainer.
Gym Drama
Jackie's dating life flourishes, but she lands back in therapy to analyze her relationships. On the business front, she looks for a location for Skylab and centers on Sonoma, Cal. Meanwhile, Doug throws a double-birthday bash for Erika and himself; and Jackie delivers disheartening news to her trainers.

It's Over When It's Over
With Brian in charge at the gym, Jackie returns to her roots in Ohio, meeting up with her mother and revisiting her old haunts. Also, terrible news is delivered to the group.
Workout For Life
Jackie returns to Los Angeles in light of a tragic loss. As her business prospers and her test clothing line hits stores, she presides over a get-together with her trainers, clients and friends.
Trainer's Day Off
Andy Cohen presides over an inside look at the after-hours exploits of the Work Ou" cast. Included: Zen tries to establish a career in comedy; Rebecca serves up sushi; and Erika makes a splash with scuba lessons.
