Young Americans premiered on WB on July 12, 2000. As a local boy at Rawley Academy on scholarship, Will discovers that he can't hide the fact that he's completely out of his element, a situation further complicated by his desire to keep ties to both worlds. As Will struggles in the world of the elite, his roommate Scout, who belongs to a prominent Kennedy-esque family, is newly exposed to the working class world when he begins a tumultuous relationship with local girl Bella.
