Elgin's Product Line Consultants brainstorm with Elgin about launching his new product line. Meanwhile, Katrina gives a makeover to a deserving mom; and Sean's new assistant, Syreeta, goes through a baptism of fire. Giving Back Elgin and Katrina speak at a local community center, but find that winning over their audience is tougher than they imagined. Lolita deals with a bossy bridal party and Sean tries to keep a health inspector's drop-in from going south. Hey Hey! It's Jackée Elgin's ex-wife, actress Jackée Harry, offers him an intriguing proposition and Lolita and Katrina exchange hostile text messages with a rival salon in Miami. Welcome To Miami! Elgin and his crew visit Miami to compete with a rival salon. Sean dates a wrestler and Elgin mulls opening a second salon in Florida. Too Much Informercial Elgin and Jackee decide to go into business together. Meanwhile, Sean's assistant, Syreeta, adopts an attitude, which rubs Kat the wrong way. New Blood In order to fill empty stations at the salon and expand his brand, Elgin decides to diversify and hire two new stylists: a smooth-talking barber and a beautiful blonde white hairdresser. Pandora's Weave Lolita tries to convince everyone that the used weave her friend sent her belongs to a world famous celebrity. But when a troublesome client gets into it with the stylists, Lolita gets distracted and her "collectible" weave goes missing. And when Elgin finds out where the alleged celebrity's hair ends up - he's not happy.
