Each will have just six hours, an HGTV carpenter sidekick (James Lunday and Steve Hanneman, respectively) and a team of assistants to transform twin spaces recreated in our own Designer Dome. Designer Lisa LaPorta and carpenter Carmen De La Paz take on the boys, Carter Oosterhouse and Angelo Surmelis, to make over America's ugliest kitchen as submitted on HGTV.com. This one-hour special promises to be hot hot hot as our teams design, rip and build their way toward kitchen glory in the Designer Dome. Battle Of The Color Experts It's the clash of the color titans as designers Constance Ramos (Color Correction) and David Bromstad (Color Splash) compete. Battle Of The Carpenters It's a backyard free for all as HGTV's carpenters take charge in this most demanding competition! Carpenter Eric Stromer and designer Lauren Lake take on carpenter Steve Watson and designer Sabrina Soto to transform America's worst backyard, as submitted on HGTV.com. But will the Designer Dome be big enough to house these egos, as the teams try to create to-die-for spaces in just eight hours?
